This Page needs to be created to describe the referrals process. At some point somebody created a document about enrollment, possibly in the second quarter of the teams operation. Previous team members might need to be contacted in order to obtain this document. Duc Tran, Evan Prowten, and Katie Buttner worked on this and might have the docs somehwere.
