Adding Drug to Inventory

Description
On the Add to Drug Inventory page indicate for the Patient ID # Field that it is needed for Patient Assistance Program Inventory. If the field is blank add the drug to regular inventory. If it has a proper patient ID, add to PAP inventory. Also the Patient ID# field needs a search function for patient name
